Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned AMS Solution Architect with a strong background in application management outsourcing and solutioning for large-scale strategic deals (TCV: US$ 20Mn+). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in presales, solution architecture, and client engagement across multiple technologies Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end solutioning for RFPs/RFIs in AMS and multi-tower outsourcing. Design innovative, cost-effective, and scalable solutions aligned with client objectives. Develop delivery models, governance structures, transformation roadmaps, and commercials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build winning proposals and value propositions. Maintain a win rate of 60%+ on pursuits and ensure >85% utilization on AMS engagements. Contribute to strategic initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team Must-Have Skills Strong experience in AMS presales with high conversion rates. Deep understanding of solutioning lifecycle: Transition, Steady State, Optimization. Expertise in estimation, pricing models, and commercial structuring. Broad technology exposure: SAP, Custom Applications, Digital, GenAI. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with DevOps, SAFE Agile methodologies. Good to Have Experience working with MNCs or Tier-1 IT service providers. Exposure to vendor consolidation, delivery transformation, and packaged solutions. Demonstrated thought leadership in external forums. Willingness to travel on short notice
