AM/DM/Manager- Finishing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of AM/DM/Manager Finishes with a proven track record in high-rise residential or commercial building projects, especially with Mivan shuttering systems and final handover processes.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of interior and exterior finishing works, ability to manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure quality standards, and oversee the final stages of project completion and client handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage finishing works of high-rise buildings including plaster, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, waterproofing, etc.

Ensure timely and quality completion of all finishing activities as per project schedules.

Coordinate with structural and services teams to ensure seamless execution of finishes.

Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Work closely with planning and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Hands-on experience with Mivan shuttering system to understand wall alignment, groove finishing, and surface preparation.

Ensure that all works are executed as per design specifications and client requirements.

Maintain and review quality checklists and conduct regular inspections.

Responsible for snagging, de-snagging, and final handover of units to clients.

Liaison with client representatives, consultants, and other project stakeholders during handover.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.

Role & responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

5 to 15 years of experience in high-rise building construction.

Strong exposure to Mivan shuttering & finishing works.

Experience in final unit handover and possession processes is mandatory.

Good knowledge of construction quality standards and materials.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
