Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for bringing new Channel Partners on board and maintaining relationships with existing Channel Partners. Understanding customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects will be a key part of your role. You will coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations. Acting as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team will also be one of your primary responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Access, clarify, and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals to maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate. - Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts. - Conduct regular product training for Channel Partners and their team. - Ensure the leads generated are serviced within the TAT (Same day). - Handle Source conflict cases, if any, and resolve them within a specific TAT. - Perform Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market. Qualification Required: - You should have 2-8 years of experience in a similar role. - A Graduate degree is required for this position.,
