AM/DM/Manager (Channel Sales)

You will be responsible for bringing new Channel Partners on board while maintaining relationships with existing Channel Partners. Understanding customer and business needs, you will be expected to cross-sell and up-sell projects effectively. It will be crucial to coordinate with other company personnel, such as the support team and management team, to ensure the delivery meets customer and Channel Partner expectations. Acting as a bridge for communication between customers/Channel Partners and the Closing team is also part of your role. Regularly accessing, clarifying, and validating Channel Partner needs and performance is essential to maintaining a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with other sales channels to prevent any potential conflicts. Providing regular product training for Channel Partners and their teams will be necessary. Ensuring that leads generated are serviced within the same day Turnaround Time (TAT) is a key responsibility. Handling source conflict cases and resolving them within a specific TAT is also part of your duties. You will be required to conduct monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying market trends and new developments to stay informed and competitive. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2 to 8 years of experience in Channel Sales. A graduate qualification is required.,
