Job Description

Medanta Noida is looking for Payroll executive handling below mentioned role & responsibilities-

Payroll Processing:
Accurately calculating and processing salaries, wages, and benefits for all employees.
Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including personal information, attendance, and changes in status.
Deductions and Benefits:
Managing and processing various deductions and benefits, such as taxes, retirement plans, and insurance.
Reporting:
Preparing and distributing payroll-related reports, tax filings, and other financial documents as needed.
Problem-Solving:
Addressing and resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries efficiently.
Collaboration:
Working closely with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations and data accuracy.
Audits and Audits:
Assisting in payroll

Preferred candidate profile

Experience- Candidate with healthcare experience will be preferred

Qualification- Graduation Mandatory, MBA will be given preference.
