Job Profile for Modern Trade Sellout Manager ~ Sales and Merchandising Planning : Assist in planning Modern Trade sales and merchandising by brand and by customer. Seek out and explore new sales, product, and customer opportunities in the Modern Trade channel. Sales and Customer Management : Establish sales targets and make sales plans for every customer in Modern Trade in accordance with the company's sales strategy. Monitor sell-out by customer, by brand, and by promoter, as well as market behaviours and competitors' development to have timely and suitable reactions. Analyse sales data to enhance the sales improvement of the company. Customer Relationship Management : Negotiate with Modern Trade store team for sellout improvement points. Follow up on customer credit and payments. Establish and maintain favourable relationships with major chain store team. Market Intelligence and Analysis : Monitor market behaviours and competitors' development to have timely and suitable reactions. Analyse sales data to enhance the sales improvement of the company. Operational Efficiency & Trainings : Drive operational efficiency for the Modern Trade channel. (Stock Delivery, In-warding, Store indent, Store managers and floor manager relationship management) Executing festival planning as per the chain event calendar. On-shop product trainings for store team to ensure 100% product knowledge. Performance Monitoring and Improvement : Monitor performance and take corrective actions to achieve planned sales by channel and customer. Tracking and analysing sellout performance on a daily basis. Promoter Management : Promoter hiring, retention & nurture plan to ensure manpower satisfaction. Target setting & follow-up for achieving the sellout targets. Promoter development planning. Requirements ~ 6+ years experience in Modern Trade sales and operations Master's degree ( MBA Preferred ) Candidate must be handling Minimum 100+ MT Outlets and 100 Cr+ Sellout portfolio management in a FY Local candidate will be the preferred with great relationship with regional chains
