AM/DM Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning & Execution:

  Develop and implement

  preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans

  for plant machinery and equipment.

• Team Leadership:

  Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.

• Equipment Reliability:

  Optimize the performance and reliability of plant equipment, reducing unplanned downtime and extending asset lifespan.

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA):

  Lead investigations into equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Shutdown Management:

  Plan and coordinate

  plant shutdowns

  , ensuring minimal disruption to production while performing necessary repairs and upgrades.

• Budget Management:

  Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing costs without compromising on safety or quality.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Ensure all maintenance activities comply with

• Continuous Improvement:

  Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in maintenance operations.

• Vendor & Spare Parts Management:

• Proven experience

  in maintenance management within the

  transformer manufacturing industry

• Strong knowledge of
