Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Utility System Management:

  Oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of utility systems, including

  plant substations, DG sets, fire hydrant systems, compressors, cooling towers, lifting tackles, RO plants, and UPS systems

  .

• Maintenance Scheduling:

  Develop and implement

  preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans

  to ensure continuous operations without disrupting production schedules.

• Shutdown & Upgrade Planning:

  Plan and coordinate

  shutdowns and system upgrades

  , ensuring minimal impact on production while maintaining safety and operational standards.

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA):

  Lead investigations into equipment failures, identify the root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.

• Equipment Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with

  safety regulations

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, failure analysis, and compliance audits.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
