Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install online sensors for monitoring real-time parameters such as pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, etc.
Calibrate online sensors as per manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
Conduct routine maintenance and preventive inspections to ensure sensor reliability
Clean sensor components to prevent fouling and maintain accurate measurements
Troubleshoot signal discrepancies, calibration errors, or hardware issues
Perform repairs or replace faulty components like sensors, cables, and transmitters
Validate sensor accuracy using tests and cross-checks with lab instruments or standards
Ensure real-time data accuracy for process control and monitoring systems
Support system integration activities related to sensors and their applications

Education Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or ITI Instrumentation

Behavioural Profile

Detail-oriented with strong technical problem-solving abilities
Proactive in maintenance and inspections
Capable of working independently or within a technical team
Adherence to safety and operational standards
