AMC Sales & Service- Telecom & Surveillance

As an enthusiastic and results-driven AMC Sales and Service Executive at Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), managing client relationships, and ensuring timely servicing and renewals. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of sales, customer service, and basic technical support to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell AMCs - Generate new leads - Prepare proposals - Negotiate terms and close deals - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling - Coordinate service visits with the technical team - Provide after-sales support - Maintain accurate records of sales and customer feedback - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in technical or service-based industries - Prior experience in AMC sales or service coordination is advantageous - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle client interactions independently and professionally - Customer-centric attitude - Basic technical understanding - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools - Willingness to travel for client visits and service coordination You can expect a competitive salary based on experience, incentive-based earnings for AMC sales and renewals, career development opportunities within the organization, a supportive and dynamic work environment, and ongoing training and skill development.
