Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ads Specialist to manage and optimise advertising campaigns on Amazon UK and US marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads, with a data-driven approach to maximising ROI. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies for UK and US markets. Manage Sponsored Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid adjustments, and performance tracking. Optimize ad placements, budgets, and targeting to improve conversions and sales. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages. Analyze campaign data and generate actionable performance reports. Stay updated on Amazon Ads platform changes and industry trends. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align ad strategies with business goals. Monitor competitor strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Ads for UK/US accounts. Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising Console and Amazon DSP. Expertise in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Amazon Attribution, etc.). Ability to interpret performance metrics and refine strategies. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Experience with Amazon SEO and listing optimization is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Amazon Advertising Certification. Experience with third-party ad management tools (e.g., Helium 10).
