Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Amazon Connect Center Architect with 12 to 20 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing scalable and reliable cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS ecosystem services.
Roles and Responsibility

Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Amazon Connect.

Design and deploy contact center setups using CI/CD pipelines or Terraform.

Develop and implement scalable and reliable cloud-based contact center solutions.

Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce (Service Cloud Voice) and other CRM systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Amazon Connect and AWS services.

Job

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.

Experience with Amazon Web Services, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, and CloudWatch.

Familiarity with telephony concepts, including SIP, DID, ACD, IVR, and CTI.

Strong understanding of CRM integrations, especially Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.

Experience with REST APIs and integration frameworks.

Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, and IAM.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Amazon Connect certification is preferred.

Experience with Amazon Connect (Contact flows, queues, routing profile).

Integration experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud Voice).
