Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Vendor Contracts in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in vendor contracts and management, with a strong background in contract management and negotiation.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to minimize risk and maximize benefits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Analyze and report on contract performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of contractual obligations by vendors.
Identify opportunities to improve contract terms and conditions.
