> Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across multiple categories (raw materials, packaging, co-manufacturing, etc.).
> Build strong supplier relationships ensuring quality, consistency, and timely supply.> Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.> Coordinate with QA to ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO standards.> Track vendor KPIs (OTIF, quality, cost savings) and drive performance improvement.> Manage procurement across diverse categories considering seasonality and lead times.> Lead cost optimization, value engineering, and NPD sourcing initiatives.> Mitigate supply risks and ensure sustainability and ethical compliance.> Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and audit-ready documentation; prepare reports for management.
