Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Category Management:
Lead sourcing and procurement for indirect categories such as:

Mechanical and Electrical supplies
Marketing services including branding, advertising, media, digital campaigns
Promotional merchandise and gifting items
Corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions

Strategic Sourcing:
Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Drive RFPs/RFQs and negotiate favorable terms.
Cost Optimization:
Implement cost-saving initiatives and value engineering strategies across categories without compromising quality and service.
Contract Management:
Negotiate, develop, and manage supplier contracts, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure performance compliance and mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal departments marketing to understand requirements, develop procurement strategies.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships. Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews.
Market Intelligence:
Keep abreast of market trends, new vendors, and innovations relevant to indirect procurement categories.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and sustainability goals. Maintain accurate records and reports.
