About Client:

We are a business networking coaching company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build powerful networks and achieve real business growth. We are looking for an Assistant Trainer & Content Specialist to support the design, customization, and delivery of our training programs.


Key Responsibilities:

·     Assist in designing and developing training content tailored to different audience segments.

·     Conduct research to personalize training materials based on client profiles.

·     Track participant progress and gather feedback to continuously improve the training experience.

·     Support the lead trainer (founder) in ensuring smooth session flow, assisting with Q&A, and handling logistical elements.

·     Gradually take on more visible training responsibilities in future program batches.


Qualifications:

·     6 - 8 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.

·     Strong content creation and instructional design skills.

·     Excellent research abilities and attention to detail.

·     Comfortable working behind the scenes initially, with the potential to step into a front-facing role over time.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
