The company is driving innovation in next-generation mobility and integrated EMS manufacturing systems.

Role Overview

Production Engineering professionals

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize manpower on the shop floor, ensuring effective utilization.
Drive production capacity improvements to meet customer demand (Plan vs Actual).
Ensure operator safety and enforce 5S standards.
Monitor inventory accuracy and manage production consumables.
Reduce rejection rates, scrap, and Total Manufacturing Loss (TML).
Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) across production lines.
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement.
Ensure timely closure of work orders and achievement of production targets.
Apply knowledge in EMS, SMT processes, rework management, and ESD PPE compliance.
Utilize ERP and MES systems for production monitoring and tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines.
Senior Engineer:
68 years of experience in production engineering (EMS/Automotive preferred).
Assistant Manager:
10–15 years of experience in production operations and leadership.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MES systems, and process optimization.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and people management skills.
