Job Description

Procure core raw materials for production.
Handle technical analysis of price patterns and technical tool indicators.
Use a systematic approach with statistics like commodity pricing for financial forecasting.
Conduct research to find the best products and suppliers based on value, delivery schedules, and quality.
Forecast product demand and maintain a constant check on stock levels.
Independently negotiate with suppliers on rates, quality, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Control raw material costs for the company.
Prepare monthly profitability statements with actual overheads for stakeholders and future business development.
Settle payments and ensure the timely processing of payments to raw material suppliers.
Prepare weekly financial reports.
Coordinate with the Quality and R&D departments for new developments, considering recipe specifications and cost.
Prepare and present weekly reports to stakeholders on cost index technical analysis, stock status, and payment schedules.
