Job Description

1- Assist in sourcing and procuring construction materials, equipment, and services required for various projects. 2- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, obtain price quotations, and negotiate terms and conditions to achieve cost savings. 3- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials and equipment at construction sites. 4- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and deadlines. 5- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient supplies for ongoing projects. 6- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities. 7- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate their performance based on quality, delivery, and cost. 8- Prepare and analyse procurement reports, including cost comparisons, supplier performance metrics, and budget tracking. 9- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency. 10- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on construction sites.
