Job Description

As a Civil Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and inspecting various civil works including block work, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, door & window installation, swimming pool leakage, basement leakage, and expansion joint work. You will also execute finishing works such as Gypsum false ceiling, FRP panelling, and woodwork in tower reception areas. Additionally, you will oversee faade work, external wall repairs, and painting of towers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing Running Account (R.A.) bills for vendors - Managing complaints and conducting civil audits (including snag report preparation) - Supervising basement drain line repair works - Issuing work permits - Estimating quantities and costing materials - Managing labour and allocating resources effectively - Planning and executing shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and earthwork - Coordinating finishing works like block work, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, marble flooring, painting, doors, and windows - Ensuring timely availability of resources - Creating Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) No additional details of the company are mentioned in the job description.,
