About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Alumni Relations Manager to strengthen the bond between our University and its alumni community. The ideal candidate will design and execute alumni engagement programs, foster meaningful connections, and create opportunities for alumni to contribute to the growth of the University and its students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong alumni relations.
• Plan and organize alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities.
• Manage alumni communications, including newsletters, social media, and digital platforms.
• Build partnerships with alumni for mentoring, placements, fundraising, and institutional development.
• Maintain and update the alumni database for effective outreach and engagement.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and student bodies to promote alumni involvement.
• Track and report alumni engagement metrics and impact.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in alumni relations, corporate relations, fundraising, or event management (preferably in an educational institution).
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and event management capabilities.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media, and alumni management platforms.
• Ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.
