Role Overview:

As the Alumni Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that deepen engagement with our alumni community worldwide. You will create impactful programs and initiatives that foster networking, mentorship, and collaboration, while turning alumni success stories into inspiring brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage alumni engagement programs that foster ongoing connection and loyalty
• Organize and lead alumni events, both virtual and in-person, including networking sessions, webinars, and reunions
• Develop mentorship programs that connect current students and recent graduates with experienced alumni
• Identify and showcase alumni achievements to enhance the university’s brand and reputation
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to amplify alumni stories and initiatives
• Maintain and grow a robust alumni database and communication channels
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to continuously improve programs and strategies

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in alumni relations, community engagement, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Creative thinker with a people-first approach and strong organizational skills
• Experience in event planning, program management, and digital engagement tools is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, remote environment
