Concentrates on creating collaborative relationships and delivering consistent results by planning and prioritizing to meet work commitments. Expected to perform review of core processes, complex ad hoc work and all other client requirements. To facilitate and assist with onboarding new Investors in the systems. Perform KYC / initial screening of the investors for Customer identification program (CIP). Onboard the investor Contact update / Change: Address, Email address, Phone etc. Capital call/ Drawdown notice Commitment Booking (subscription/ Capital), distribution or Redemption. Perform Reconciliation Allocation of units. Corporate actions. Report the NAV, Quarterly & Annually financial statements to investors as per business requirement. About You: Bachelors or Master’s degree. Minimum of XXX+ years’ experience in financial operations Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written). Motivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines. A team player who is able to manage individual responsibilities. Sound judgment, problem solving and analytical skills. Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.). Should have a knowledge capital market & Mutual funds. Dynamic in nature to adapt any changes in the process.
