Job Description

Role Overview: As the A&M - Alliance Partnership Manager at Ather Energy, your role is crucial in driving the sales and profitability of the Smart Helmet line. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize attach rates, managing dealers, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Working closely with sales ops, product, and marketing teams, you will play a key role in launching, promoting, and growing the Smart Helmet effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Smart Helmets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. - Manage and develop both offline (dealers) and D2C (Online and Ecomm) channels for the HALO line. - Ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations through effective inventory management. Monitor stock movement, conduct audits, and implement control measures. - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop and upgrade Smart Helmets. Plan campaigns, create promotional materials, and coordinate with retail partners for effective product showcasing. - Track sales data, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports on sales trends, profitability, and inventory turnover. Implement corrective actions based on analysis. - Provide training and support to sales staff on Smart Helmets knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Ensure retail partners are well-equipped to promote and sell products. - Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service related to accessories and merchandise to ensure a positive customer experience. Gather feedback and implement improvements. - Manage the budget for Smart Helmets, including procurement, offers, and operational expenses. Track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills: - Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or retail management of at least 6 years. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. - Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software. - Knowledge of the automotive or technology industry is a plus.,
