Job Description

Responsibilities:

Menu Planning & Recipe Development

Study and research recipes to create and set up innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences. Ensure menus are balanced, seasonal, and appealing.

High-Quality Food Preparation

Prepare and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency, taste, and presentation standards.

Team Leadership & Task Delegation

Delegate responsibilities effectively to kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Train and mentor team members to maintain high culinary standards.

Cuisine Expertise

Demonstrate expertise in Indian cuisine and multiple international cuisines including Punjabi, Malvani, Chinese, Italian, and Mexican. Ensure authenticity and quality in all dishes.

Kitchen Operations & Coordination

Manage kitchen workflow, monitor food safety and hygiene standards, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction

Conduct regular quality checks on taste, presentation, and portion sizes. Respond to customer feedback to continuously improve culinary offerings.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

Stay updated with culinary trends, experiment with new techniques and ingredients, and incorporate innovative ideas into menus and kitchen practices.
