KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Support local sales and business development initiatives Serve as a technical expert and advisor to Hotels and Restaurants (QSRs, PBCLs, CDRs, FDRs) Plan and execute innovative product applications to help operators convert to the Pillsbury premixes portfolio Coach, train, and support sales staff to deliver accurate product demonstrations and culinary support Customize cooking processes based on individual kitchen conditions Manage data and provide concise reports on results and status Handle product troubleshooting and act as a customer interface for any technical questions/issues Evaluate new products and provide feedback Generate new applications and product ideas that drive sales growth MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Hotel Management with specialization or experience in Bakery and Confectionery 34 years of experience in operations, product development, or kitchen operations Experience as Commissary 2 or Commissary 1 Chef in hotels or cruise lines REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Creative and innovative approach to food and product development Good training and coaching abilities Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with teams and customers
