All Rounder Chef

We are looking for an experienced and versatile All-Rounder Cook who can prepare a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines such as Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Fast Food. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling all kitchen operations — from food preparation and cooking to maintaining hygiene and managing inventory. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food items are prepared on time and served with consistent taste and quality. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times (as per FSSAI norms). Assist in planning daily menus and managing raw materials efficiently to control food cost. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the kitchen manager or purchase department. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness. Train and assist junior staff or kitchen helpers when required. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Requirements:Proven experience as a Cook / All-Rounder Cook (minimum 2–3 years preferred). Ability to prepare multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, Fast Food, etc.). Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Education:Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent. Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory). Salary:₹[Insert Range] per month (based on experience and skills) Food and accommodation may be provided.
