Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product, etc.) to ensure consistent and excellent service delivery. Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products, services, and processes. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets.
