Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Airline BPO Assistant Manager, located in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager will oversee the business process operations, coordinate with teams, analyze performance data, and ensure smooth financial operations within the BPO setting. This role involves managing outsourcing functions and maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams to meet business objectives.
