Your Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Author to join our Aerospace Technical Publications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for authoring and revising Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) for Airbus programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Airbus specifications. This role requires close collaboration with engineering and technical teams to interpret complex airframe and systems data and deliver high-quality documentation
Your Profile:
Collect and analyze source data including engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Author or revise Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) in compliance with Airbus Technical Specifications.Ensure documentation aligns with standards such as ATA100, iSpec2200, S1000D, and ASD-STE100.Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to interpret airframe and systems data.Guarantee quality and timely delivery of authored content.Maintain version control and traceability using Airbus documentation tools.Strong experience in authoring AMM for Airbus programs: SA, LR, MB, XWB.Proficiency in handling Airframe and Systems ATA chapters.Hands-on expertise with Airbus tools:GIPSYGIDOCASAPZAMIZDACASPDMLinkDeep understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
