Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Airbnb Night Support Specialist** to manage night-time guest communication, booking coordination, and emergency support for our Airbnb properties. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, housekeeping teams, and maintenance partners during the night shift to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to Airbnb guest inquiries, booking confirmations, and special requests via app, email, or phone.

* Manage late check-ins, last-minute bookings, cancellations, or escalations during night hours.

* Coordinate with housekeeping or on-ground staff to handle urgent guest needs.

* Monitor guest reviews, ratings, and feedback and take proactive steps for resolution.

* Update and maintain booking calendars across platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).

* Report any maintenance issues and follow up with concerned vendors.

* Maintain internal reports on night activity logs and shift handover updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Prior experience in Airbnb, hospitality, or customer support roles is preferred.

* Excellent English communication (written & spoken) is a must.

* Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle stressful guest situations.

* Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of platforms like Airbnb, Excel, or PMS tools.

* Willingness to work night shifts regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.).

* Familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoho, Trello, or guest communication CRMs.

* Knowledge of Airbnb policies, hosting rules, and resolution processes.
