AIOps Instructor
to lead a 6-week hands-on program designed for mid to senior-level IT professionals.Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver structured live online classes (theory + hands-on) on AIOps, covering:
- Foundations: Business case, KPIs, ROI, and architecture of AIOps platforms.
- Event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive insights, automation, and incident response.
- Tools & platforms: Dynatrace, Datadog, Moogsoft, BigPanda, AWS DevOps Guru, GCP Stackdriver, Azure Monitor, ELK, ServiceNow, Jira, OpsGenie, Jenkins/GitHub/GitLab integrations, ChatOps.
- Conduct hands-on labs, case studies, and project mentoring (banking/telecom uptime, Netflix scaling, Uber’s self-healing infra, etc.).
- Guide learners in implementing end-to-end AIOps pipelines: ingestion to correlation to anomaly detection to remediation to ChatOps.
- Provide practical, real-world insights from enterprise-scale IT operations.
- Evaluate capstone projects and support learners with feedback.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of professional IT experience in DevOps, SRE, Observability, Cloud, or AIOps.
- Hands-on expertise with at least two leading AIOps/Observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Moogsoft, BigPanda, AWS DevOps Guru).
- Strong knowledge of event correlation, predictive operations, cloud-native monitoring, and automation workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD toolchains and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Ability to explain concepts with clarity and link theory to real-world applications.
Preferred (Good To Have)
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience.
- Experience in AI-driven IT operations, MLOps, or Agentic AI.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise adoption frameworks.
