Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML Research Scientist & Data Scientist (Medical Imaging) located in Raipur. The role involves conducting research in AI and machine learning, specifically in the domain of medical imaging. Key responsibilities include data analysis, developing and implementing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the company's AI capabilities. The candidate will also be responsible for data visualization, data science, and ensuring the application of best practices in data analytics and statistics.

AI/ML Research Scientist

• Positions:

  2–3

• Qualification:

  PhD/MTech in AI, Computer Vision, or Medical Imaging

• Experience:

  5–10 years in applied research, preferably in healthcare/medical imaging

• Salary Range:

  ₹24–45 LPA (₹2,00,000 – ₹3,75,000 per month)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop novel AI/ML architectures for medical image analysis
• Optimize deep learning pipelines for radiology and pathology datasets
• Collaborate with clinicians and domain experts to align research with medical relevance
• Publish results in reputed journals/conferences and translate research into deployable prototypes

Data Scientist (Medical Imaging)

• Positions:

  3–4

• Qualification:

  MTech/MS/PhD in Data Science/ML

• Experience:

  3–6 years in applied ML, preferably with image datasets

• Salary Range:

  ₹12–28 LPA (₹1,00,000 – ₹2,30,000 per month)

Responsibilities:

• Preprocess and annotate large-scale medical imaging datasets
• Develop augmentation, preprocessing, and training pipelines
• Evaluate and fine-tune existing AI models for clinical accuracy
• Work closely with Research Scientists to ensure data quality and pipeline robustness
