About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and confident Marketing Intern to join our team in Pune. This is an exciting opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in college outreach and marketing. You will be at the forefront of our brand, representing us to a student audience and driving key engagement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Presentations:

  Confidently deliver engaging presentations to college students about our offerings.

• Student Engagement:

  Actively participate in and organize on-campus activities and events to build brand awareness.

• Convincing & Follow-up:

  Convince students to engage with our offerings and perform timely follow-ups to ensure successful conversions.

• Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records and provide daily/weekly reports on your work progress and key metrics.

• Coordination:

  Work closely with our partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all campaigns.

• Punctuality:

  Demonstrate strong time management, both in person and in online work.

• Online Presence:

  Show punctuality and great coordination for online meetings and tasks.

Who We're Looking For

• A student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Someone who is confident, proactive, and persuasive.
• A person who thrives in a target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in public speaking, college events, or student representation is a plus.
