Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated fresh graduate with a strong foundation in AI/ML to join our team as an intern. This role offers hands-on experience in developing and deploying an intelligent Sales Supervisor Agent system, with a focus on sales performance analysis, pattern recognition, and building recommendation systems to improve sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development:

Design AI/ML-based pattern recognition systems for sales trend analysis.
Build and optimize recommendation engines.
Create real-time performance monitoring dashboards.
Develop and integrate APIs for system communication.

2. Programming:

Proficiency in Python.
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Familiarity with FastAPI or Flask.
Version control using Git.

3. AI/ML Knowledge:

Basic understanding of LLMs, Transformers, RAG techniques.
Foundation in NLP.

4. Data Skills:

Strong SQL skills.
Experience with Pandas, NumPy.
Data preprocessing, cleaning, and visualization.

Good to Have:

Pattern recognition / ML project experience.
Time series analysis knowledge.
Familiarity with Faiss, Pinecone.
REST API experience.
Exposure to AWS/Azure.
Understanding of tools like Cursor_AI, Codegiantio, Vercel.

Qualifications:

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related fields.
Strong academic foundation in AI/ML.
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year can Apply.

Key Personal Qualities:

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Fast learner, good communicator.
Team player with initiative.

Terms & Conditions:

Compensation: This internship is for a duration of 1 year with a monthly stipend of Rs.10,000. Upon successful completion, performance-based appraisal and potential full-time opportunities will be considered.

Bond: 2 years bond with SSC certificate submission.
