AI/ML Engineer

· LLM Development & Customization

· Contribute to the design, creation, training, and fine-tuning of LLMs for conversational AI and digital humans

· Implement RAG pipelines and domain adaptation to make LLMs contextually aware

· Optimize LLM performance for scalability, latency, and reliability

· Conversational AI & GenAI Engineering

· Develop and deploy next-generation conversational systems powered by LLMs and NLP

· Integrate multi-modal capabilities (voice, facial expressions, gestures) into Thrifty’s digital humans

· Integration & Deployment

· Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI into digital human platforms and enterprise applications

· Deploy scalable LLM/NLP applications across multiple channels (web, mobile, voice, avatars)

· User Experience & Personalization

· Architect human-like conversational flows aligned with business goals

· Continuously enhance empathy, personalization, and contextual accuracy of digital humans

· Metrics & Analytics

· Define and track KPIs for LLM performance, user engagement, and conversational effectiveness

· Leverage analytics and real-world feedback to iteratively improve AI solutions

· Research & Innovation

· Stay updated on emerging trends in LLMs, NLP, and GenAI

· Experiment with new architectures, fine-tuning methods, and multi-agent systems

· Contribute to Thrifty’s innovation roadmap for digital human technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
