AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence models. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ML algorithms, data processing, and production-level model deployment, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for business use cases.
• Work with large datasets for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Implement deep learning techniques for NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Optimize models for scalability, performance, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and ML/DL libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras).
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for model deployment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹473,046.94 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
