Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in machine learning and Python programming. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions that drive business value and enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment.Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate on solutions based on findings.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team skill development.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in machine learning with Python.Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying ML models.Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks.Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
