Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer located in Bhilai. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning and AI models, analyzing complex datasets, and developing algorithms to optimize performance. Having at least one year of hands-on experience to help us design and refine Large Language Model (LLM)–based products for the EdTech industry. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to create AI-driven tools that enhance learning experiences, leveraging OpenAI and Azure OpenAI technologies.

Qualifications:

• Develop, test, and refine LLM-based products tailored for the EdTech sector.
• Work with OpenAI and Azure OpenAI APIs to integrate and optimize AI models.
• Adapt and fine-tune LLMs for educational content, assessments, and personalized learning experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to translate learning needs into AI-powered solutions.
• Conduct evaluations of model performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy and ethical model use.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in building AI tools for EdTech or e-learning platforms.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing for educational datasets.
• Exposure to version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

Technical Skills:

• 1+ year in AI/ML engineering, with exposure to LLMs preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Experience working with APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services, especially Azure OpenAI.
