AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 10-15 years of experience to join our team in Pune, Chennai, or Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing techniques, and software development practices. You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI/ML solutions that drive business value, collaborating with various teams, and mentoring junior engineers. Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Conduct experiments and perform model validation to improve accuracy and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance existing systems.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a strong understanding of software development practices.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
