Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents for enterprise-grade, healthcare-focused applications. The role requires hands-on expertise with frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to build intelligent agents, multi-agent workflows, and retrieval-augmented pipelines in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Develop multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases including data retrieval, task automation, and reasoning.
• Build RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS with prompt-chaining logic.
• Integrate LLMs for generative tasks, fine-tuning, safety guardrails, and memory systems.
• Develop Python-based microservices and APIs for agent interactions, inference, and orchestration.
• Deploy solutions using containerization tools (Docker/Podman) and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Implement telemetry, observability, and governance for model evaluation, safety testing, and bias detection.
• Collaborate with Data Science, MLOps, and Product teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI systems.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance, data privacy, and security requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Deep understanding of vector databases and RAG architecture.
• Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and memory systems.
• Experience with containerization and cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with telemetry, observability, and AI governance practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare or regulated domains (HIPAA, PHI).
• Knowledge of AI safety, bias mitigation, and model audit processes.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, quantization, or distillation.
• Familiarity with MLOps frameworks such as MLFlow or Weights & Biases.
