About the role

We are currently seeking to hire a AI/ML Engineer at our head office New Delhi to further strengthen our software engineering & delivery team. 

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, solid programming expertise, and a proven track record of building scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for production-grade and live applications.
• Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into applications and systems.
• Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks.
• Deploy models to cloud/on-prem environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Kubernetes).
• Monitor model performance and build retraining pipelines to ensure long-term accuracy.
• Document technical designs, processes, and results clearly.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering along with knowledge of ML Ops.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or other applied AI domains.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
• Knowledge and experience with Databricks or Snowflake are mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models to production.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
• Exposure to real-time model serving and inference optimization.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
