Position: Team Lead – Fisheries

Engagement Type: Contractual (1 Year, Extendable Based on Project Requirements)

SettleMint India was formed in 2019, with headquarters in Delhi, India. We focus on client deliverables and the development of high-performance low-code Blockchain. We operate from Delhi along with certain project locations. 

As a team lead for this project you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team working on agriculture and fisheries sector projects. 
• Analyse and maintain large-scale agricultural and farmer-related datasets. 
• Prepare detailed
  Management Information System (MIS) reports and ensure their timely submission. 
• Draft concept notes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other technical documentation. 
• Develop and manage tender-related documents and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process. 
• Design and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Plan and conduct trainings, workshops, and regular team meetings to ensure capacity building and alignment. 
• Oversee requirement gathering, documentation, and delivery of project outputs as per timelines and quality standards. 
• Ensure efficient delegation of tasks and monitor team performance. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in handling and analysing large agricultural or farmer datasets. 
• Strong expertise in preparing and maintaining MIS reports. 
• Demonstrated ability in drafting concept notes and technical documentation such as SOPs

• Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations. 
• Minimum 10 years of experience working on government-sector projects, especially in agriculture, fisheries, or rural development. 
• Prior experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects within deadlines. 

Preferred Experience:

• Background in fisheries and agriculture sector projects will be an added advantage. 

Educational Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Fisheries Science, MVSc, or M.Tech from a recognised university. 
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
