Profile: AI/ML Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 3+Years Position Overview: This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Machine Learning Engineer at Timebook. We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help drive innovation in our machine learning solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI/ML models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and deep learning models. Process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis. Train and optimize models using appropriate datasets and techniques. Implement ML algorithms and tools as per solution design to meet requirements. Develop machine learning applications according to requirements. Run machine learning algorithms on datasets. Perform fine-tuning using test results. Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks to meet our needs. Fine-tune and customize pre-trained models to meet specific business requirements. Develop AI solutions using generative AI models. Required Qualifications Bachelor & degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or related role. Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with data science toolkits like NumPy, Pandas, and Jupyter. Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Knowledge of fine-tuning methodologies for pre-trained models. Preferred Skills Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Understanding of MLOps practices and tools. Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, etc.) Familiarity with prompt engineering and context optimisation. Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. Experience with generative AI models such as large language models, diffusion models, or GANs. Knowledge in cloud platforms (GCP, or Azure) and their ML services.
