Job Title: Full Stack Developer Location : Bengaluru – Hybrid Experience Level : 2–6 years Team : Reports directly to Senior Engagement Manager About the Role : We're looking for a sharp, curious, and performance-minded Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role is a mix of hands-on technical development and cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to both internal tools and client-facing modules. If you’re someone who gets annoyed by inefficient code and enjoys figuring out why something works (or doesn’t), we want to talk. Tech Stack You'll Work With :- Frontend : React , JSP Backend : WAMP Stack , Heidi SQL Cloud: AWS Bonus if you’ve dabbled with: RESTful APIs, component-based architectures, or improving UI/UX workflows even if you’re not the designer . Must-Haves :- 2–6 years of full stack development experience . Strong skills in React, JSP, Heidi SQL, and the WAMP stack . Understanding of how databases work under stress (locking, concurrency, query plans). Experience working with APIs, error handling, and real-time data sync . A performance-first mindset — especially for large datasets and legacy code . Ownership, initiative, and strong communication chop.
