Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Computer Vision Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in computer vision, data science, machine learning, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing computer vision algorithms and models to solve real-world problems. This role requires expertise in various programming languages, tools, and frameworks commonly used in machine learning and computer vision applications.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement computer vision algorithms and models for various use cases including but not limited to object detection, image classification, text detection & OCR, face detection, generative models, video analytics, and model compression/optimization.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design and deploy scalable computer vision solutions.

● Research and experiment with cutting-edge techniques and technologies in computer vision to continuously improve the performance and accuracy of our models.

● Optimize and fine-tune existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability.

● Work with large-scale datasets and utilize distributed training/inference techniques for efficient model training and deployment.

● Stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and related fields, and apply them to solve business challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.

● 2+ years of relevant experience as a Computer Vision Engineer, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or related role.

● Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (required)

● Hands-on experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

● Familiarity with tools and libraries commonly used in computer vision projects such as CUDA, OpenCL, OpenGL, and OpenCV.

● Proven track record of delivering successful computer vision projects with expertise in object detection, image classification, text detection & OCR, face detection, generative models, video analytics, and model compression/optimization.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

● Proficiency in PyTorch is preferable.

● Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and techniques.

● Publications or contributions to the computer vision or machine learning community.
