AI/ML Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 3–4 years of expertise to join our team and build next-generation AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Agentic AI frameworks. You will design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI solutions to address complex real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models for production.
• Work on Generative AI (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, etc.) to build scalable solutions.
• Develop and integrate RAG pipelines for intelligent data retrieval.
• Implement and manage Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus) for semantic search.
• Create and fine-tune embeddings for text, image, and multi-modal tasks.
• Build and integrate Agentic AI systems with tool orchestration, planning, and reasoning.
• Utilize MCP (Model Context Protocol) for secure and structured AI integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable AI solutions.
• Keep pace with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, and NLP.
• Experience with Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of RAG pipeline design and optimization.
• Expertise with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI).
• Experience with MCP and secure LLM integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker).
• Exposure to multi-modal AI (text, image, audio).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Understanding of AI/ML security best practices.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
