Job Title: AI/ML Developer – Intelligent ERP Automation Location: Indore [Onsite] Experience: 2 – 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a talented and driven AI/ML Developer to join our team for an innovative ERP automation project. This role will focus on building intelligent features such as AI-powered OCR, smart prediction engines, and seamless integrations with cutting-edge AI frameworks. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to develop scalable, intelligent systems that automate and optimize key ERP functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement AI/ML models for: OCR-based document processing Expense categorization Cash flow forecasting Integrate AI models with ERP workflows and APIs Work with modern AI frameworks like LangChain , LLaMA , and Hugging Face Develop and deploy APIs using FastAPI and Django Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to ensure feature completeness and system stability Conduct model performance evaluation and continuous optimization Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Python Experience with Django and FastAPI frameworks Proven track record in building and deploying AI/ML models Hands-on experience with OCR technologies (e.g., Tesseract, Google Vision, or custom models) Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like Hugging Face , LangChain , Transformers , etc. Understanding of NLP, document classification, and predictive analytics Experience in integrating AI solutions into real-world business applications Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with ERP systems or financial modules Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP) Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering techniques Exposure to MLOps tools and pipelines Why Join Us?
