About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and driven AI/ML Developer to join our team for an innovative ERP automation project. This role will focus on building intelligent features such as AI-powered OCR, smart prediction engines, and seamless integrations with cutting-edge AI frameworks.

You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to develop scalable, intelligent systems that automate and optimize key ERP functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI/ML models for:
• OCR-based document processing
• Expense categorization
• Cash flow forecasting
• Integrate AI models with ERP workflows and APIs
• Work with modern AI frameworks like LangChain, LLaMA, and Hugging Face
• Develop and deploy APIs using FastAPI and Django
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams to ensure feature completeness and system stability
• Conduct model performance evaluation and continuous optimization

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Django and FastAPI frameworks
• Proven track record in building and deploying AI/ML models
• Hands-on experience with OCR technologies (e.g., Tesseract, Google Vision, or custom models)
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, Transformers, etc.
• Understanding of NLP, document classification, and predictive analytics
• Experience in integrating AI solutions into real-world business applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with ERP systems or financial modules
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
• Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering techniques
• Exposure to MLOps tools and pipelines
