Role Overview

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer with strong practical expertise in modern AI stacks. You will design, train, and deploy models, build LLM-powered applications, and work on scalable AI solutions.

Core Technical Skills

• Programming:

  Strong Python, good knowledge of data structures & algorithms.

• AI/ML Frameworks:

  PyTorch / TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, scikit-learn.

• LLMs & NLP:

  Fine-tuning, embeddings, tokenization, prompt engineering, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

• RAG Architectures:

  Building retrieval-augmented systems with LangChain/LlamaIndex.

• Model Ops:

  MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow) for experiment tracking, deployment, and monitoring.

• Data Handling:

  Pandas, NumPy, Spark (preferred), time-series modeling.

• Cloud & Deployment:

  Model serving via REST/gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes, deployment on AWS Sagemaker / Azure ML / GCP Vertex AI.

• Multi-Agent Systems:

  Familiarity with MCP/ACP, agent frameworks, orchestration patterns.

• Database Skills:

  SQL + NoSQL, vector stores, knowledge graph integration.

• API & Integration:

  Ability to wrap models into APIs/microservices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with reinforcement learning (RLHF, PPO).
• Exposure to optimization problems (scheduling, forecasting).
• Domain knowledge in

  energy trading / financial systems

  .
