AIF Compliance Manager

Currently we are hiring AIF Compliance Manager for a leading Fund Management Company.

Position: Compliance Manager (AIF-SEBI-PMS)

Location: Mumbai - Gift city

About the Organization

• The organization is a rapidly expanding and fully regulated entity under SEBI, RBI, and IFSCA. Initially focused on a single business line, it has now grown into four specialized verticals within the Asset Servicing space.
• The firm delivers comprehensive financial and consulting services to offshore investment managers, institutional and accredited investors, as well as onshore and offshore asset managers.
• The company employs around 100 professionals, with headquarters located in Mumbai (Prabhadevi and Worli), in addition to a strong presence in GIFT City.
• The organization holds an Ancillary Services License in GIFT City, enabling it to offer full-fledged fund administration services, including investor onboarding, fund accounting, compliance, structuring, and advisory. It is considered one of the largest administrators in GIFT City and is also expanding internationally with an upcoming office in Dubai.

Required Qualifications & Experience

57 years of experience in securities markets or financial products, preferably in roles such as portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst, or fund manager.

• Prior experience in AIF/PMS compliance will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients on all SEBI AIF/PMS compliance requirements.
• Respond to and resolve regulatory queries raised by clients.
• Assist during regulatory inspections and audits.
• Support group-level restructuring initiatives and projects as assigned.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for current and upcoming regulatory assignments.
